Gavin is Managing Director of MLAS. An experienced director and entrepreneur, Gavin enjoyed a successful career in the pharmaceutical sector where he spent 30 years in a variety of leadership roles including as Chair of the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry's Oncology Initiative, improving access to new cancer treatments. Gavin joined became Managing Director of Rehab Direct in 2015, set up MLAS and acquired Pure Physiotherapy, thus forming what is now Pure Unity Health Group. Until retiring in 2024 Gavin was the Lead Governor of the Rotherham Foundation Trust. In 2024 Exam Works UK acquired Pure unity Health Group and Gavin has stayed to facilitate the integration and further growth of the group.
